On the island of Prvić, his childhood was spent by a Croatian polyhistor, linguist and inventor, diplomat, engineer, priest and bishop - Faust Vrančić. His family's summer residence is still preserved today and is located in Prvic Sepurine. The last descendants of this famous noble family from Sibenik still live today.
In another settlement on a small island is the tomb of our famous finder. The grave is located next to the Church of St. Mary of Grace, and just a few meters away is the Faust Vrančić MC - which will acquaint visitors with the character and work of this scientist and inventor Faust Vrančić.
Our scientist's inventions are in front of and in the center in natural size and in the form of models. In addition to the exhibited models, the life and work of scientists is presented in a multimedia presentation. Within the Memorial Center is a souvenir shop with original products of the island, and other souvenirs that are somehow related to the inventions of Faust Vrančić.

In MC Faust Vrančić you can see and learn about the life and works of Faust Vrančić. It is the man who is best remembered as the inventor of Homo Volans - the flying man. He was Faust Vrancic and many more, and you can see his entire life's work in a collection of models of his inventions, some of which are in the right size. Also, you can read his most significant written works at MC. On multimedia installations you can also see educational games for the youngest.
