The oil museum depicts the history of olive growing on the island of Brač as well as the entire tradition of the olive oil processing process, consisting of eel, eel, ice cream sticks and all the traditional tools used for transport, production and storage of olive oil.
The entire production of the traditional production process is complemented by the sculptures by Đanija Martinić's master of sculpture and by the paintings by the academic painter Hane-Marte Jurčević Bulić, who in an interesting way shows the workers in the oil mills.
