Mel Beach is a sandy beach in Kampor on the island of Rab. The beach is very shallow and especially during the time when almost all of the sea retreats from the beach. On the beach is a catering facility and several refreshments that work in the summer. Sports facilities include a trampoline and a beach volley ball. Part of the beach is free for pets. The beach can be reached by direct car and there is also a large parking lot. The beach is great for families with small children, without worrying that children can drown because of the large shallow water. The sandy beach is suitable for playing. For those who want to swim, this beach is not ideal because it takes a lot of walking before going deep enough for swimming.
