The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house located on a hill with a panoramic view which also stretches from the apartment itself. The apartment has a parking space and a separate entrance. Kostrenais a small coastal town. It's situated in between Opatija, Crikvenica and island Krk, near by the city of Rijeka. The Apartment Anika****, 56 m2, consists of a kitchen, which is separated with the corridor from two conected bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom and kitchen suites are connected with large glass walls to a courtyard, and from the apartment you can see the swings, garden and sea. The total size of it is 56 m2. The apartment has an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. If necessary, cot and high chair can be added. Apartment Ani***, 85 m2, consists of a kitchen, large bathroom with shower, two separate toilets, a bedroom with a double bed which offers a beautiful view of the sea, one single room with extra beds, one double bedroom and a living room with two large sofa that, if necessary, can serve as beds. There is also a large terrace and balcony with a view. Land extends to over 1000 m2 and is arranged in a cascade, with a lot of stone walls and decorating details and Mediterranean plants. On the part of the yard that binds to the apartment is a space designed for parents and young children. There are tables and benches overlooking the sea, jungle gym and swings, sandbox with cover and special sand that repels dogs and cats. In the middle cascade you can find a small stone barbecue with benches placed around that on the eve you may ignite for the atmosphere and to enjoy in the crackling fire. Fire can also be seen from a little more distant corner stone settled in distance and flanked by the garden shower. The space is covered with gravel, surrounded by trees and plants, and is suitable for walking and playing. On the other side of the same level there is a forest with pine and canvas deck chairs on which can be enjoyed throughout the day because of the shadows and the breeze. On the third cascade there is a space with a gazebo decorated like a summer kitchen with a barbecue, sink and space to store food and to dine. Lower two cascades are divided from the house and apartment with stone walls and provide plenty of privacy to the entire area which is surrounded by trees where you can see squirrels and deer. There is a free Wi-Fi all over the yard.
