The newly renovated luxury apartments, one of 84 m2 and the second of 58 m2 located on the first floor of the house located in a quiet part of town, surrounded by 1700 m2 Mediterranean garden, only 10 min. walk from the center and the nearest beach, and 5 min. of trade.
