The apartments are in the family house on the main beach called Lolic in Pirovac. The beach has a blue flag and the sea always warmer than elsewhere. The apartments offer luxurious accommodation. The balconies overlooking the beach enable you to enjoy fascinating sunsets and the quiet surroundings only 200 metres far from the city centre. In the apartments you will find all you need for a pleasant and relaxed stay. You can use other facilities the house offers. IRENA 1 A2+2 - For two people plus two extra beds, Floor area: 50m2 This apartment is on the first floor. It occupies the whole floor. It includes a storage space suitable for big suitcases, a big living room, a bedroom, a small hall and a bathroom. The living room has a spacious balcony which overlooks the sea giving you opportunity to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The balcony is furnished with a teakwood table and chairs so you can eat and dwell there. The living room has a sofa (single bed or for two children). There is also a flat-screen TV+SAT providing 1000 programs in all languages. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for 6 and more guests with a dishwasher, oven, 3+1 gas stove, a big fridge with deep-freeze and a coffee maker. The dining table is for 6. The air-conditioning is to cool and heat. The hall is equipped with a big closet with safe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink cabinet and a mirror, a wall-radiator for towels and floor-heating. The bedroom has one double-bed 160x200 fitted with body-shape mattresses and sofa for two . It is connected to a small east-oriented balcony. In the courtyard you have beach chairs and shower with hot water. Behind the house you can use barbecue , “peka” and parking facilities. You can also use bikes (3 pieces). The bedroom has one double-bed 160x200 and one 90x200 fitted with body-shape mattresses. It is connected to a small south-oriented balcony. IRENA 3 A2+2 - For two people plus two extra beds, Floor area: 50m2 This apartment is on the 3nd floor. It occupies the whole floor.
