The house with three apartments 7m from the sea, in one of the most beautiful parts of the middle Croatian coast, in the quiet tourist place Šparadici, between Šibenik and Primošten. Apartments have 4 beds, 2 rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and separate entrance. Two of them have an extra bed. Total capacity of the house is 12+2 persons. It is possible to rent the whole house. The lower apartment has garden (with pavilion), and the upper 2 terraces of 18m2 with a beautiful sea view. All apartments have air conditioning, TV/sat, WIFI internet (signal also on the beach), free beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, private parking. Possibility of 2 berths.
